I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, LMHC, LCPC) with over 15 years of experience supporting adults and children through a variety of mental health challenges. I am licensed to provide mental health counseling in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Maine.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, grief and loss, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. My clinical experience also includes forensic mental health services, criminogenic treatment, and specialized treatment for individuals with problematic sexual behaviors, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote meaningful and lasting change.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with elements of psychodynamic, narrative, somatic, and Gestalt therapies. I emphasize person-centered care, unconditional positive regard, and each individual's unique strengths and capacity for personal growth.
